What is your process?

First, you can visit our submit a request page and select the online press release writing and distribution package you are most interested in. You can choose from three packages with varying exposure and cost levels. Answer six simple questions thoroughly (see sample questionnaire). Then click submit & pay. You will receive a draft of your news release within the specified package timeframe. At that time you may provide feedback and request revisions per your package. Within 72 hours of final approval, your company news will hit the World Wide Web via your online press release. Then be sure to look out for your summary report two weeks after the distribution date.

What makes Co-Optimize different from other news release writing and distribution services?

Co-Optimize’s press release service is backed by a team of journalists, advertising executives, web experts, and public relations and marketing leaders. We specialize in press release writing and know how to make your news stand out from the competition and effectively spread your news in cyberspace.

May I send a photo with my release?

Those who select our elite package will have the option to add a news image, which can consist of an appropriate photo or graphic. We do recommend having high resolution photos available should a reporter inquire about your news.

How do I pay?

After you have completed the eight required questions to submit a request, you will be directed to our checkout where you can pay for your web release. Upon completion of checkout, you will receive an email receipt. Your web release will not be drafted until payment is processed.

Where will my news appear? How do I know where it appeared?

Your news will appear in a variety of online outlets. Websites that have news feeds relevant to the keywords in your web release may post the news as well.

Two weeks following distribution of your web release you will receive a summary report. The report will detail five websites that ran the news, a pdf of search engine rankings and charts detailing the distribution and posting of your news.
